Burloak Heating & Air Conditioning and its owner/operator, Les Grabiec, tick all of those boxes and then some. Les really knows his stuff, when it comes to evaluating different systems – gas, electric, heat pumps etc. His workmanship and precision are second to none, and he can be relied on to come to our rescue in a breakdown or weather emergency. He is utterly trustworthy and I know he will never over-bill us.

Since 1993, Burloak has installed more than sixty split heat pumps in our student residence. All have performed well, requiring little to no maintenance, and are still operational.
